CapEx / FF&E Financing

CapEx / FF&E financing is available for hotel renovations, Property Improvement Plans (“PIPs”), conversions or the FF&E financing of a new construction project to include any equipment within the construction budget. In many cases, this can also include soft cost items required by the Brand.  Loan amounts range from $200M – $10MM and are amortized over the useful life of the improvements (typically 3-10 years).
